Paul Fowler Effects aims to keep every customer happy but please be aware that we sell secrets and therefore are unable to offer refunds on downloads, streaming videos, PDF's or consumable items.

With our physical items refunds can be issued assuming the product in question has not shipped to you. Once shipped we will be unable to assist.
